Site Updates

Some site updates over the past ~month that may or may not have been noticed. In no particular order:

• /tags page to list all tags
• proper RSS <guid>s to handle permalinks changing (announcement)
• cursor: help on <abbr> tags with a title
• canonical <meta> tag for improved SEO
• outline for :targeted footnotes & refs¹
• <meta> OpenGraph image set from thumbnail
• add last-modified date to entries & pages
• more on-brand blockquotes
• humans.txt!
