That sentence—while confusing—is technically correct: you can email me@omg.lol.
“Double-you-tee-eff?”, you ask.
This is all thanks to my most recent best use of $5 USD: OMG.LOL. Essentially, you’re paying for email forwarding, a web page, short URLs (cutely called PURLs), and DNS for your $user.omg.lol. If it’s not clear, I got the $user “me” so me.omg.lol might show something useful.
OMG.LOL is by Neatnik. Their calendar project is something I didn’t know I needed. Once I buy a printer1 I’m totally going to use it.
